mental block

Alright...since I keep reading everyone elses post, and continually hear Rudy telling people to blog, I will try to stick with it...at least until next week when my 3 jobs start up normal again.

Yesterdays WOD (deadlift and WB) mentally had me...I wanted to quit in the 20s, and thankfully Erin and Jess stopped me from doing that. Not sure what is up mentally but it was hard to get through.

Today had a much better day, started working on butterfly pullups since my body wont kip. Then did that row and did not make my goal, that sucked.
but came back and did a few more practice butterflys until my hands quit on me, did a few HSPU with 1 ab mat - can get sets of 4-5 so thats nice, and a few nice ring dips without a band. Tried OHS but my shoulders werent having it.

Diet wise- did ok in am- postwod breakfast - 3 eggs, handful of almonds and a banana, 1/2 cup black coffee

then gyro meat with onions....

then a pear and some almonds about 5 hours later...

I am ready to get more butterfly on tomorrow, I really think if I can get these some of this mental stuff will improve.

and then chipotle bowl 4 hours after that....thats where the downfal came...
